Orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing.
Preorders:
Items labeled “Preorder” are not in stock at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept delayed fulfillment. You will be notified of any delays.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method and confirm that you are authorized to use it.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY (STRICT POLICY — NO EXCEPTIONS)
All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays only.
Delivery timelines are determined solely by the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) and are not guaranteed.
By placing an order, you explicitly agree that:
We are not responsible for delays, regardless of cause
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for any shipping-related issues
All risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACK POLICY (STRICT — NO EXCEPTIONS)
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
